: I have received an application from Dungarvan Urban District Council for grant assistance towards the implementation of a harbour development plan at Dungarvan. The application is still under examination but in any event due to budgetary constraints there could be no question of providing grant assistance for the project in 1983. The application will be further considered in the context of the Public Capital Programme for 1984.
: Do I take it that a study is being made of the Dungarvan harbour on a cost-benefit basis?
: The Deputy may take it that the application from Dungarvan is being examined in my Department. I will communicate with Dungarvan Harbour Commissioners as soon as that examination has been completed.
