: The 1982 cattle headage grant has been withheld from the person named to offset an overpayment made to him in respect of 1981 sheep and cattle grants which were discovered, following an investigation into the area of land owned by him, to have been in excess of the limit of £18 per acre specified in the Disadvantaged Areas Schemes.
