: Under the terms of the Housing Regulations, 1980, a grant cannot be paid in this case, as the applicant was in occuption of the house for more than one year prior to the reciept of his application in my Department.

: A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible. Approval to the mortgage subsidy has issued to the applicant.
