: The provision of the buildings and other civil works associated with the digital radio link contract is the responsibility of the equipment contractor and will be provided by him under sub-contracts.
Installation of the digital radio links will be spread over a number of years and it will be a matter for the contractor to so arrange the building contracts that the buildings are available to match the installation of the equipment.
