The person mentioned is a development farmer. A development farmer is required to keep accounts for each year of his farm plan and to submit an extract of the accounts to the local ACOT office within a time limit. As this applicant failed to submit an extract for one year within the specified time limit he forfeits the development element in grants already paid to him as well as any due for payment.
The grant due will be paid shortly after the appropriate deductions have been made.
