asked the Minister for Education if she is prepared to sanction an additional temporary teacher for the St. Laurence O'Toole, junior boys school, North Wall, Dublin 1, particularly in view of the acute social deprivation in this area.

asked the Minister for Education whether she is prepared to respond favourably to the petition for the appointment of an extra teacher in St. Laurence O'Toole's junior boys' school, North Wall, Dublin 1, presented to her by the parents of the children in the school, having regard to the special and acute needs of the children in this inner city area; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

asked the Minister for Education if she will give details of the progress made to date regarding the problems at St. Laurence O'Toole junior boys' school, Seville Place, Dublin 1.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 816, 817 and 818 together.

An application for a staffing concession has just been received from the Board of Management of St. Laurence O'Toole junior boys' school and is being considered.

A reply in the matter will be conveyed to the board of management without avoidable delay.
