I move:
That for the purpose of any Act of the present session to provide for the reorganisation of the postal and telecommunications services, to constitute authorities for that purpose and to make provision for the assignment to those authorities of functions heretofore exercised by the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, to repeal, amend or adapt enactments relating to the postal and telecommunications services and the Savings Banks and to make other provisions in relation to the matters aforesaid, it is expedient to make provision for the charging by the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, of fees for the grant of licences for the provision of a postal service or a telecommunications service under any Act of the present session to provide as aforesaid.
