asked the Minister for Health the amount of moneys due to the area health boards from each local authority under the Supplementary Welfare Act; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The amounts due by local authorities to health boards as at 18 October, 1983, in respect of expenditure on supplementary welfare allowances and associated administrative costs for periods to 30/6/1983 are set out in the following table.
