In the case of the vocational education system a quota of teachers is allocated annually by my Department to each vocational education committee. It is the responsibility of the committee to distribute its authorised quota over the schools under its jurisdiction in accordance with the requirements of its educational scheme. In the circumstances the statistical information requested by the Deputy is not available from the records of my Department.
