asked the Minister for Justice if he will state arising out of his reply to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 774 and 775 of 8 June 1983 in regard to subsidiary companies of Údarás na Gaeltachta, the number of companies investigated; and if, in view of the fact that the Director of Public Prosecutions has indicated that a prosecution in one case is not warranted, he will give details of the present position regarding the five other companies which were investigated.
