The implication of the Deputy's question that £2.85 million was allocated to Tralee Regional Technical College in 1983 is not correct. The position is that architectural planning of the development is expected to be completed early in 1984. The question of the allocation of capital for the project will then fall to be considered in the context of the availability of capital and the extent of the Department's commitments generally in 1984.
