An inspection of the lands in question was recently carried out by my Department's building unit. A report of this inspection is currently under examination. Following this examination a decision will be conveyed to County Galway Vocational Education Committee.
The disposal of State lands necessitates detailed investigations being carried out and the completion of these investigations necessarily takes time. I have directed that consideration of this case should be finalised as quickly as possible.
