A contract for improvement works to Ballyduff Garda Station, County Waterford, was placed on 26 April 1984. The work which is at an advanced stage includes:
(1) Conversion of rooms for new public office, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
(2) Provision of entrance gates.
(3) Provision of toilet.
(4) Electrical installation.
(5) Repairs, partial internal decoration, and external painting.
The final cost of the works is estimated to be in the region of £11,500.
