Following rejection of a Labour Court recommendation regarding compensation for the workers involved in the transfer from full time to seasonal employment, an industrial relations officer of the Labour Court invited the parties to further talks yesterday. I understand that, as a result of these talks, the dispute is now being referred back to the Labour Court.
