A completed SL4 (tax certificate) which is an essential part of a grant application was received from the persons named on 8 November 1984 and approval to a grant and mortgage subsidy subsequently issued. The grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.
