The South-Eastern Health Board do not propose to provide a health centre at Arthurstown as the area is served from the new health centre at Campile which is only three miles away. General practitioner services for the area are available at Duncannon which is only one mile from Arthurstown. In the circumstances, I am satisfied that a health centre at Arthurstown is not required at present.
