The person concerned was assessed with means of £19.20 weekly derived from the profit from land. He is accordingly entitled to unemployment assistance at £69.50 weekly being the appropriate rate £88.70 less £19.20 means. All arrears due less advances of supplementary welfare allowance were paid on 6 December 1984 and further weekly payments will be made as they become due.
