The question of the appointment of permanent staff to Cappanalea outdoor education centre requires careful consideration having regard to the nature of the appointments involved and the implications for additional expenditure from public funds. I regret that I cannot give any undertaking at this time in relation to the approval of these appointments in the immediate future. I am, however, having the situation closely examined to see how best the outdoor education centre can be accommodated within the current financial restriction.
