Agreement was reached last August for the sale of these lands to my Department. The purchase money will be paid as soon as certain outstanding legal aspects are finalised. These are currently being dealt with between the Chief State Solicitor and the vendor's solicitor. There has been no avoidable delay on the part of my Department.
