My Department advised County Louth Vocational Educational Committee on 7 February 1985 that it is now intended to proceed with the development of Bush vocational school to cater for 525 pupils. Some delay in reaching a decision on the extension of the Bush vocational school arose as a result of notification to my Department of the intention of the Rosminian Fathers to close their school at Omeath.
