asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will give details of any proposals for the importation of warm blood stallions for crossing with draught mares in this country; if he will indicate who initiated this proposal; if he is aware of the opposition of the industry to such a development; and in view of this opposition if he will have the decision reversed.
