There is no record of receipt of an application from the person concerned to participate in the enterprise allowance scheme.
A person wishing to join the scheme should, in the first instance, contact the local office of the National Manpower Service, discuss the matter with a placement officer and complete an application from. A decision on the application is given within a short time thereafter.
