My Department have requested the Commissioners of Public Works to prepare a sketch scheme for the proposed additional accommodation for Scoil Mhuire, Tullamore, County Offaly.
When these plans have been received in my Department and examined, my Department would hope to be in a position to negotiate a local contribution towards the cost of the project and to sanction a grant. Preparation of contract documents by the commissioners would then follow. It is not possible at this stage to say when it may be possible to place a contract for the project.
