It is proposed to take Nos. 1 (a) on the supplementary Order Paper, 3, 9 and 10. By agreement the proceedings on all stages of item No. 1 (a), if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at 4.30 p.m. by putting from the Chair one question which in relation to amendments shall include only amendments set down by the Minister for Justice. Also by agreement Private Members' Business shall not be taken this week.

Are the arrangements for taking No. 1 (a) on the supplementary Order Paper agreed and is it agreed that Private Members' Business shall not be taken this week? I take it that both proposals are agreed.
