A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

When the person named submits a copy of planing permission in respect of his new house the file in the matter will be referred to my Department's inspector for investigation and report with a view to allocation of the grant, if in order. Payment of the grant cannot be made until an inspection establishes that the house is satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with.
