The allocation of grants to enable this scheme to proceed will be considered when: (a) examination has been completed of cost estimates recently furnished by the group in connection with the special contribution which has been approved in principle for the cost of works required by the county council, (b) the group have completed fresh grant application forms for the scheme as requested by my Department on 11 February 1985, and (c) the capacity of the group to finance the net cost of the scheme has been established — this will be examined when the group has completed application forms in respect of its actual current membership.
