Insurance (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill, 1985: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to authorise the Minister for Industry, Trade, Commerce and Tourism to take up shares of Sealúchais Árachais Teoranta, to provide for the guaranteeing by the Minister for Industry, Trade, Commerce and Tourism of certain payments by the Insurance Corporation of Ireland, public limited company, to amend the Insurance Acts, 1909 to 1983, and to provide for connected matters.
