asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will ensure that any arrangements in the context of super-levy quotas for new entrants will include the limited number of producers who were committed through ACOT farm plans and the farm modernisation scheme to entering milk, but who made their first deliveries of milk after 21 May 1984; and if he will consider leaving this matter to the discretion of individual co-operatives.

I am at present considering in consultation with the farming and co-operative organisations whether any changes need to be made for 1985-86 to the super-levy arrangements for new entrants and other special categories. I will be making an announcement in this matter shortly.
