(Limerick West) asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.
There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the person named. An application has, however, been received from a person with the same Christian name and address but with a different surname. The grant in this case will be paid shortly.

This applicant has been asked to notify my Department when certain outstanding work has been carried out. When the notification is received an inspection will be arranged with a view to payment of the grant, if in order.
