As already indicated to the Deputy, the financial considerations, affecting a request that a new bridge be erected in 1985 at this location, have been under examination by the Commissioners of Public Works. The necessity to restore the access facilities to lands in the area is recognised and, the examination of the financial aspect having been completed, arrangements are being made to have the necessary works put in hands as early as possible.
