An application under the farm modernisation scheme for grant aid for fencing work was received on 31 May 1982. On inspection it was ascertained that the application related to boundary fencing which is ineligible under the scheme. An application under the programme for western development for limited reclamation was received on 7 February 1984 and on 13 February 1985 the grant was paid in respect of the work eligible for aid under that programme.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange for the immediate payment of cattle headage grants for 1984 to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.
The person named is not the registered herdowner but the person who has already been paid beef cow and calved heifer grants as well as calf and suckler cow premiums.
