My Department's records indicate that reconstruction grants were applied for in 1977 and 1984 by a person of the same name and having the same address as the person named. This would suggest that he may not be a first time owner occupier and the new house grant application recently received from him cannot be processed until the further information requested has been received.

The application in this case was received on 24 May 1985 and an inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.
