The position is that stage 2 of architectural planning of this project, i.e. outline sketch scheme, has been approved and the design team are now proceeding with the next stage — developed sketch scheme. The further stages of the design procedures are working drawings and bills of quantities. These stages will be completed as quickly as possible. The next stage after the design procedures is the seeking of tenders. It is not possible yet to say when tenders will be invited but I can assure the Deputy that there will be no undue delay in my Department.
