This group has been paid more than 90 per cent of its provisional grant allocation. The question of a further grant payment cannot therefore be considered until the group has completed all outstanding works and the final cost and membership of the scheme has been established. My Department's local inspector has had regular discussions with the group about those matters and a letter will issue shortly confirming the action required on the group's part to finalise grants for the scheme.
