The exact site location for the proposed new second level school at Leixlip has not yet been decided. A number of sites have been proposed and these are being investigated by my Department. The new school will be under the auspices of County Kildare Vocational Education Committee and the committee were informed of this decision in May 1985. It is intended to open the new school in temporary accommodation in September 1986.
