My Department do not have supplies of or control over the disposal of sawmill residues which is ordinarily the main constituent of the product made by the firm in question. I am not, therefore, in a position to ensure a proper and full supply of suitable material for the firm. The company are, of course, entitled to tender for timber which is advertised by my Department each month.
