The person involved is a member of a group water scheme. The allocation of grants for the scheme will be considered when the grant eligibility of members' houses has been established and Galway County Council confirm that the source and design of the scheme are in order. Grants in respect of group water schemes are, of course, payable only to the group and not the individuals.
