I am aware of the programme to which the Deputy refers. I am very conscious of the damage that smuggling can do to traders in the State and the adverse effect it can have on employment in sensitive sectors. I understand that the Revenue Commissioners are also aware of the pro-gramme's contents and I am sure they will continue to do their upmost to combat smuggling. The Deputy can be assured that I will take account of this problem when I am reviewing taxation policy regarding sensitive goods.
