I hope to be in a position to give a decision shortly on the grant application referred to in the question. I must point out, however, that, because the resources available for the Department's capital grants scheme are insufficient to meet demands and because of the heavy commitments carried forward from 1985, it will be possible to assist only a small number of new projects in 1986.
