There is no record of the receipt in my Department of an application from the person named. There is, however, an application, from a person with a slightly different name from the same address. In that case, a grant could not be allowed as a period of seven years, required by the conditions of the scheme, has not elapsed since the date of payment of a previous reconstruction grant in respect of the house.
