In addition to the projects which are listed above, provision is made for a considerable number of other projects involving maintenance or replacement of buildings or equipment. In line with my policy of developing community services, the capital programme for 1986 contains provision for schemes for developments of the psychiatric services, services for the handicapped, community health services and community welfare.
