It was agreed on the Order of Business this morning that Votes 2, 7, 10, 15, 18, 24, 37, 38, 42, 44 and 51 would be taken without debate, that a member of the Government would move each Vote and that, if there was a division, that division would be postponed until 8.30 p.m. on next Wednesday, 10 December 1986.
