(Limerick West) asked the Minister for Finance the reason compensation in respect of the Maigue drainage scheme is not being paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.
This claim for compensation is being considered by the Commissioners of Public Works in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Arterial Drainage Act, 1945. It is expected that an inspection of the claimant's holding will be made early in the New Year.
