asked the Minister for Justice if he will give details of the statutory bodies currently under the aegis of his Department; the total number of persons other than civil servants appointed by him to these bodies; the number of such persons whose current address is outside the State; and the total number of such persons with current addresses within each separate county in the State.

The statutory bodies under the aegis of my Department are as follows: (a) Censorship of Publications Board. (b) Censorship of Publications Appeal Board. (c) Censorship of Films Appeal Board. (d) Irish Legal Terms Advisory Committee. (e) Comhairle na Mire Gaile. (f) Commissioners of Charitable Donations and Bequests. (g) Superior Courts Rules Committee. (h) Circuit Court Rules Committee. (i) District Court Rules Committee. (j) Prisons and Places of Detention Visiting Committees (12). (k) The Registration of Title Rules Committee. (l) The Statutory Committee appointed under the Solicitors' Remuneration Act, 1881, (as adapted).

The total number of persons other than civil servants appointed by the Minister for Justice to the bodies listed above is 150. None of these persons is resident outside the State.

The advisory bodies under the aegis of my Department are as follows: (a) Irish Legal Terms Advisory Committee, (b) Committee on Court Practice and Procedure.

The total number of persons other than civil servants appointed by the Minister for Justice to the bodies listed above is six. None of these persons is resident outside the State; they are all resident in County Dublin.
