I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the name of the applicant as given by the Deputy is not the same as the name of the applicant given in the application for registration under the references quoted by the Deputy. The application to which the references relate cannot be proceeded with until the Land Registry receives a document which the relevant solicitors were requested to lodge by requisition dated 2 September 1986.
