72.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will state in relation to a house improvement grant for a person (details supplied) in County Cork; when his application was received; when the file was sent to the inspector; when the inspector called; and when a decision will be made on the documentary evidence submitted some time ago.

The application was received on 27 May 1986, and was sent for inspection on 18 June 1986. The inspection was carried out on 22 August 1986. Subsequently confirmation of the age of the house was sought from the applicant but the documentation furnished has not been satisfactory. Further details have been sought from the applicant and on their receipt a decision will be notified to him.
