A public inquiry in relation to the compulsory purchase order made by Dún Laoghaire Corporation for the acquisition of lands required for road improvements at Church Road, Ballybrack was held on 17 and 18 July 1986. I expect that the inspector's report on the inquiry will shortly be available for my consideration. There will be no avoidable delay on my part in determining the matter.
