The Eastern Health Board intend to locate part of their community welfare service in these premises. At present the board is unsure whether there will be space in the building which can be made available for use by other bodies. If space is available the board would be willing to examine any formal proposals from local voluntary bodies, provided the proposed use is compatible with the other services being provided in the building.
