I move:
That in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Control of Clinical Trials Bill, 1986, which had reached Second Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 21st January, 1987, be restored to the Order Paper.
