asked the Minister for the Marine if land or lands reclaimed at St. Catherine's Road, Killybegs, County Donegal, adjacent to the harbour, have been leased or sold to his Department by the Killybegs Fishermen's Association; and if any conditions applied to the lease or sale, especially in relation to the preservation of the right of way of access roads to the shore for householders residing adjacent to the shore road.

My Department has agreed to grant a lease of reclaimed foreshore to the Killybegs Fishermen's Association for use as a net-mending area by fishermen. As is normal practice the lease which is being prepared will take cognisance of any existing legal easements or encumbrances attaching to the property.
